We are looking for exeprienced and enthusiastic coaches to join our team, specifically to take on an exciting role as a team manager/coach within the prestigious Junior Premier League.

JOB SUMMARY

A proactive approach to coaching and developing young players at an advanced level within the Junior Premier League

Confident/experienced coach to lead/manage one of the following age groups: Under9, Under 10, Under 11, Under 13, Under 14

Understanding Bows Soccer business as a whole and the challenges it faces

Confident in developing strong relationships within the local community

Recognising and analysing players' strengths and weaknesses and be able to write high-level player reports with goal-sets for individual players.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching/on the field duties

Support sessions, when required

Run/host fixtures, when required

Write player reports and goal set for individual players

Plan sessions, using Bows Soccer templates

Proactively come up with new ways to promote Bows Soccer through social media and other platforms

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Ambitious and proactive in personal development

Excellent communication – written and verbal
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure

Able to manage time to an excellent standard

Minimum Level Two football coaching
Working towards UEFA B license

Four years+ experience in coaching
